OOTD: Minimalistic colour

Coat: F&F | Shirt: Ralph Lauren | Pants: Armani
Shoes: Ted Baker | Bag: H&M

A commemorative OOTD picture of the clothing I usually wear to school. Last year, I used to be muuuuch much more adventurous with what I wore, for example bright and vivid contrasting colours, unusual jewellery pieces; the sort of trends seen within the fashion of Japan's younger generation. Oh, also the dreaded hipster trends *eugh*.

Nowadays, my style seems to have "toned down". Instead of wearing quirky, rainbow, crazy patterned clothing I now tend to wear simplistic colours, fewer or no statement pieces in my ensemble so as to not attract attention, and otherwise just wearing monotones and minimalistic stuff.

Believe it or not though, I am really not fussed about what I wear; as long as it fits, is comfortable and I can keep wearing it again and again, I will wear it.
-Which also my excuse to invest in designer goods because they're usually simple, timeless and durable and also really bloody expensive :(!

That being said, I'd happily just walk out in an oversized shirt and flip flops
except people would raise their eyebrows at me. Haha!

Hope my fellow Londoners and Englaners are bracing themselves in this British snow!

  1. The oversized jacket is awesome. Those shoes really set it off though, love it :)
As for the snow, yeah it looks pretty, but it's making my toes sad :( xx
